Super Sprowtz are here to the rescue, teaching our kids how to eat healthier in a fun way!  Each superhero character has a super power based on their nutritional content.  These heroes are fun, action-packed, and effective at getting kids to love their veggies!  Finally there's a fun way for our kids to be healthier! My 7 year old son, Brice, is a very, very, picky eater!  I've tried every trick in the world with him on eating better and haven't always been successful.  So, I was happy to be contacted by Super Sprowtz, hoping this new idea would help my son want to be healthier.  We received "I Am Brian Broccoli And I Am Super Strong" for review.  This is just one of The Super Sprowtz adventure books. This nutrition education series introduces our children to the lovable Super Sprowtz characters:  Colby Carrot, Erica Eggplant, Zach Zucchini, Brian Broccoli, Miki Mushroom, Todd Tomato and others.  They offer fun, entertaining and educational stories about the Super Sprowtz as they use their special powers (based on the nutritional benefits of each vegetable) to fight villains such as Greasy Grenoble and Pompous Pollution. My son really enjoyed reading this action-filled story!
