KT Motif Scrapbooking Shop on Etsy

I recently came across KT Motif on etsy, an online shopping stop for scrapbooking.  Here's how KT describes her shop...

" KT Motif is a scrapbook design company who is passionate about capturing your memories to portray your story. I approach my designs by using chic techniques with your mementos to create custom collections through albums and pre-made scrapbook pages. I take your pictures with those accompanying memories and treasured thoughts and make them into pages you will be able to share and re-live over again each time you or a loved one opens the book. My hope is that we inspire you to gather your photos and let me help capture that moment and memory forever."

KT Motif offers the most creative and greatest scrapbooking sets!  I fell in love with her UT Longhorn Scrapbooking Set.

I thought it would be great to share this shop with all my readers and fellow-scrapbookers.  I highly recommend checking out all the creative scrapbooking sets at KT Motif.  Happy Scrapbooking!

MoreStorage.com Cleaning Storage System Review & Discount

MoreStorage.com
Cleaning Storage System & Discount

MoreStorage.com is an incredible site for making your life a little more organized.  Speaking as a mom of two boys, I can just never be to organized!  This site is amazing!  They offer storage units for any room in your house, also including products for your garage, crafts, office, and even custom closets.  When I came across the site I was amazed at how many products they offered that I never even knew existed before!

I truely hate being unorganized but it's just difficult to find places for some stuff! One of the messiest rooms in my home is the utility room. I have clothes constantly being thrown into it by my oldest son, always missing the basket and landing where ever it falls on the floor. My broom and mop are just leaned up against the wall and scuffing up the paint. The cleaners are stuck up on top of the shelf above my washer and dryer along with my laundry detergent.  And so forth, which is why I was so glad to be able to review the Cleaning Storage System from Morestorage.com

The Cleaning Storage System is amazing!  This storage unit mounts onto the wall.  The top of the unit is actually a removable caddy for holding your cleaners, making it able to carry it with you as you clean.  The sides of the unit are open in the front for storing trash bags.  My favorite part of the Cleaning Storage System is the grips in the center for holding brooms and mops.  This unit is incredible!  Everything you need for cleaning is now available in one spot and  most important, it's organized! The Cleaning Storage System is very sturdy and easy to hang up.

I've attached photos below for the steps...

Overall, this is a product that every household needs and will be pleased with it's results!  I also recommend checking out more storage products available at MoreStorage.com.  It is really worth the trip to visit their site!

Twin Mom Made Review & Giveaway CLOSED

Closed, congrats to winner: Gianna

Twin Mom Made is the cutest shop on etsy that offers one-of-a-kind scrapbooking for twins, babies, and so much more!  I recently contacted this creative twin mom, who was so kind to work with me on this review and giveaway.  She sent me over a few items from her shop to use for review.  I received the cutest cut-outs including a set of monkeys, princess crowns with jewels, and a ladybug border!  Her work is great, extremely detailed!  If you love scrapbooking or just crafts in general, I suggest checking out her shop.  She also offers the cutest banners, cupcake toppers, boxes, and more for parties!

Along with my boutique, I also love scrapbooking for my sons.  However, I actually use a lot of scrapbooking supplies for my shop!  I thought it would be neat to show my readers examples of ways to use cut-outs and such for making your own room decor and not just scrapbooking alone!  There are so many ways paper products can be used for crafts.  Here's a couple of photos along with descriptions of my work using Twin Mom Made's items...

This is one of my original bow-holders for girls!  The darling Princess Crown is one of the items I received from Twin Mom Made.  This crown is made of paper cut outs, attached securely and topped with rhinestone hearts and a glitter cut out for the center.  Her work is very detailed.  I think this turned out darling!  I seal my all of my items for sale, with multiple coats of gloss to secure everything.

This is my favorite!  Twin Mom Made sent me two of the adorable little monkeys and I thought this would be precious to use on wood for a room sign!  These are so simple to make and just too cute for room decor!
What you need:
Your choice of size of wood
Ribbon
Choice of cut-out from Twin Mom Made
Rhinestones
Glue
Hot Glue Gun & Glue
Scissors
& most important, your imagination!
Get creative!

Ouch!

So I'm still trying to update and upGRADE this thing! So give me a little time. Any tips would be wonderful!  I'm trying to find a good site dedicated to blogging tips. I've had a horrible toothache and I learned it sucks while chasing a one year old around! haha He's def worth it though ; ).
Bored....
I searched Children's Crafts on yahoo and after checking out a few sites, I found this one pretty neat...
www.easy-child-crafts.com
I know we all get pretty bored, with all our extra free time on hand with raising babies ; ). Haha, no really, and kids get pretty bored pretty quick also with the weather being colder and wet with the season change!  I really found the Edible Play Dough Recipe interesting! I know my son and nephews will also!
http://www.easy-child-crafts.com/edible-play-dough.html
It lists a selection of different ways to make the play dough! Super neat and fun! My only worry was, I hope some kids think if I can eat this play dough, I guess I can eat it all! haha

Sunday Race Day

So this is my first post! Yay! Lazzzzy Sundays, goodness. So I have to finish decorating Brice's pumpkin for school tomorrow, and no I haven't even started it yet, ugh.  So we decided to go with a pirate, it has to represent his favorite book. I've done my researching for ideas on making it unique... and I found this link....
http://www.extremepumpkins.com/piratepumpkin.html  which I will NOT be duplicating! Haha Now THAT'S time and talent there!
So, I decided to head to Walmart and pick up supplies and throw together my own idea, haha.  I'll post photos later if it's worth it.

Take my poll yall.  I just opened my jewelry line up on etsy so check out my shop....
