Chandler Charm Review & Giveaway

Chandler Charm is an Etsy shop offering modern, elegant, and fun accessories for you and your child. They carry a lot of adorable and unique hair clip styles.  From ages newborn and up. 

For my review, I received the gorgeous Calypso headband! The "Calypso"  clip is 2-1/2" in diameter and is available as a pin also.  Made from multi-colored satin, organza and chiffon, this flower clip is full of colors with a glass beaded center on your choice of an electric blue, hot pink, or bright orange stretchy headband.  I'm currently expecting with a baby girl on the way and cannot wait to show her off in this absolutely gorgeous, bright, and bold headband! This is Chandler Charms main seller but she has many other beautiful styles to choose from.  I would really recommend you taking a look at all her fashionable items.  I know you will really like what you see and the affordable prices are fantastic!

 O.C. Styles sent me over this absolutely gorgeous mini-wallet in Hot Pink & Black Madison Fabric with a split key ring.  I love this wallet!  The inside is lined in a pink with white tiny dots print. The wallet is closed securely with a pearl snap button.  I use this chic mini-wallet to carry my cash and a few of my own business cards.  I fell in love with the fabric print the first time I laid eyes on it.  So stylish with it's bright hot pink and the deep black.

Glitzy Girlz Caps Etsy Review

  Glitzy Girlz Caps is an Etsy shop that sells the cutest jeweled baseball caps! I lovvvve to wear caps during the summertime especially to my son's t-ball games and just around the house while working in the yard. I was so excited when Glitzy Girlz Caps agreed to a review with me. She sent me over the cutest jeweled yellow baseball cap! I wore this cap to my son's t-ball practice and everyone had a fit over it! I've received so many compliments and it's easy to see why! This darling cap is designed with small rhinestone jewels that are securely cemented onto the cap. It's glitzy and fashionable while still being "laid-back". Perfect for hot summer days in the sun! Elliven is an etsy shop that offers chic accessories to help keep you organized. She also sells the cutest fabric belts. She just came out with a new stationary line that is original and oh, so chic!

I asked the owner of Elliven a few questions based on her etsy shop and here's what I found out...

Q. Where did your inspiration begin for starting your own online shop?

A.  I started designing and sewing accessories for myself because I couldn't find any made with fabrics or with the right design that I truly loved in the retail shops. After receiving some lovely feedback on my handmade pieces, I decided to try selling them at a a few local Christmas Craft Shows. The shows were a wonderful success, and that lead me to deciding to try Etsy as a way to sell my creations. I had no idea how wonderful finding Etsy would be. It's been an amazing creative outlet for me and a fabulous way for me to reach people all around the world.


Q. What all items do you make? Do you do custom orders?

A. I focus on creating fabric accessories such as Receipt/Coupon Holders, Mini Card Holders, Coffee Cozies and Sunglasses Cases to name a few. I recently started making stationery sets some of which are made with handmade paper that I make myself using recycled paper from my own home. I then adorn each card or gift tag with fabric, to give it a unique and fashionable look! I'm unfortunately no longer able to accept custom orders due to a hectic family schedule. I'm hoping to be able to accept custom orders again in the near future.

Q. Do you offer a variety of choices on fabric?

A.  I do! Finding fabric is honestly one of the best parts of the fabrication process. I love love love searching for new and bold fabrics.

Q. What makes your items unique?

A.  The stationery sets come with fabric ruffles which I think is quite unique. They are simply stated, but make quite an impression, a conversation piece! I personally love to receive "snail mail". I often write and receive letters to/from my husbands grandmother since she doesn't have access to Internet. To have such lovely stationery sets to correspond with is so fun!

  All of my fabric accessories have been sketched and sewn together by myself. When designing a new item I try to take into consideration just how it will be incorporated into our busy everyday schedules in hopes that it can withstand being taken from place to place, wherever the day may bring us. I also want it to be functional as well as fashionable. Being a mother of three, I know that life can get pretty hectic and we don't always have the time to pamper our accessories, so having confidence that they can hold up to some wear and tear and still look great is fabulous.
